Shipping & Returns
 
SHIPPING POLICY:

• The shipping time frame is estimated and  by the Israeli Post Office.
• International shipping can take up to 14 days.(except Australia new Zealand up to  21 days.)
• International orders could eventually be subject to additional delays or fees imposed by customs in your country.

RETURN POLICY :

• All returns require preapproval from G-lad Swimwear Israel.
• Returns must be received by G-lad Swimwear Israel  within 21 days of receiving your order.
• Shipping costs will not be refunded.
• Both the product and packaging must be in a re-saleable condition, with all tags attached in order to qualify for a refund.
• Products returned in soft packages such as envelopes will not be accepted.
• Products that have been worn or washed will not be accepted.
• Discounted products are excluded from our general return policy and may not be refunded.
• Products marked or stained by strong perfumes will not be accepted.
• Defective merchandise will be exchanged.
